Two charged with arson after fires at Saltford barber's and Bath tattoo parlour

Two people were due to appear in court earlier today charged with arson attacks on a Saltford barber shop and a tattoo parlour in Bath.

Michael Graham Warman, 38, of Upper Weston, Bath and Liam Joseph Waugh, 29, from Bishopsworth, have been charged with conspiracy to commit arson and possession of a prohibited weapon, said to be a stun gun.

The arson charge relates to fires at Morris’ Barber Shop in Saltford and Just Good Tattoos in Bath in August and they were due to appear at Bath Magistrates' Court today (November 15).
