Keynsham's new library and one-stop shop to open doors

The first part of Keynsham's new town centre will open for business on October 20, it has been revealed.
The town's new library and one-stop shop, where residents will be able to access services from organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Curo, Sirona's Healthy Lifestyle Service, WE Care and Repair, Reach and the police, will be opening the doors after two years of construction.
Councillor David Bellotti (Lib-Dem, Lyncombe), Cabinet member for community resources, said: “We’re delighted to open the doors of the Keynsham one-stop shop to the public, as well as to be working with our voluntary and public sector partners in the new facility.”
Customer services staff will be on hand to help customers access Council Connect and library services and point them in the right direction to other partner services, many of which will be based in the building and some that will be using the space occasionally.
The new building will also have a café and toilets, including a fully accessible "Changing Places" toilet with extra features for disabled visitors.
